First-come, first-served.

Full payment is required after the rough sketch is sent.

Prices are subject to change based on complexity, deadlines, or special requests.

Work will continue only after payment is received.

If payment is not completed within 3 days after the rough sketch is approved, the commission slot will be canceled and will not proceed.

Sketches & references of your ideas are highly appreciated.

An initial sketch will be sent for your approval before continuing with the commission.

Depending on the type of commission, updates will be provided during key stages (e.g., sketch, lineart, coloring).

Turnaround time varies by complexity and current workload.

Estimated completion time can be checked in my work queue/Trello board.

Minor revisions are allowed during the process.

Drastic/Excessive changes may incur extra fees.

Revisions must be made in within the current working stage.

Check the specific additional ToS depending on the type of commission

If you need the commission by a certain date, please inform the Artist beforehand.

Rush fees may apply for expedited delivery.

Artwork will be exported as PNG files.

Files will be sent via email

My artwork may not be used for any NFT or AI-related purposes.

All commissioned work is for personal use only, unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased.

Streaming use is allowed; merchandising is not permitted.

You may request that your commission not be posted publicly or that you not be tagged in the post.I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and on social media.

Reproducing, modifying, or tracing the artwork is strictly prohibited.

The Artist retains all rights to the artwork, including the right to post, display, and use the artwork for portfolios and promotional purposes.

The artwork may not be resold or claimed as your own.

The Artist’s signature must not be removed; however, a no-signature version can be provided upon request.

Artist reserves the right to decline this request.

You may share the artwork online with proper credit.

Commercial use ( merchandise, books, logos) requires a separate licensing agreement and fee.

No refunds will be given after payment (especially after the line art is submitted, as the artwork is 70% complete by that stage.)

Refund requests can be discussed, but the Artist reserves the right to decline.

If the Artist cancels the commission, a full refund will be issued.

Please keep provided email open for communication or provide a socials for an alternative mode of communication.

Inactivity (no response) from the Client for more than 1 month may result in the cancellation of the commission without a refund.

Inactivity (no response) from the Client for more than 5 days after the final submission of artwork will result the commission marked as delivered and completed. Any revision after completion will not be accepted.
